There are two sides to this;
First, how are you set spiritually? Are you sure of an eternal life after the physical death? or, do you have questions?. Please allow me to either help or get help to you in this issue, for it is critical, and the most critical issue you face regardless of your age.

Second issue is this, who takes care of all your final decisions? Are you doing it in advance by using a personal planning guide of some sort?
or just leaving for those left behind to figure it out (on the worst day of their life)?

Who's paying for it?

• Have you provided them with a pre-arranged funeral or a burial policy, or just figure they can take it out of the life insurance policy you may or may not have?
• Or maybe savings
• Or getting it from a friend

Put into writing

• personal info
• business info
• how you wish the service to be conducted
• who to contact
• (The list goes on to about 80 questions)
• The cemetery property
• The funeral needs
